Product Specialist Chromatography – Mass Spectometry

Role: Product Specialist Chromatography – LC-MS Mass Spectometry

Responsabilities:

• Installation or demonstration of Chromatography/Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectometry products at the client’s premises
• Laboratory activities (on site and in field) and data processing to support the products application in pre and post sale phases
• Market and competition analysis to evaluate new products
• Management of hotline, customer service mailbox and complaints according to internal procedures
• Customer management to ensure complete satisfaction through on-site pre and post sales technical support (including installations), troubleshooting, training, remote follow-up
• Drafting and management of official communications to customers regarding the product
• Analysis of the technical requirements of the tenders, identification of the products to be offered and the technical documentation to be attached and, if necessary, drafting of customized marketing material
• Attendance to national and international congresses or scientific events and workshops

Requirements:

• Scientific Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role within the Medical Device/IVD sector
• English level: C1 / C2
• Knowledge of Chromatography- Mass Spectometry, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) products (instruments and reagents)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to travel on business
